If interested, registrants may register for a Lunch and Learn scheduled during lunchtime. Registration is limited to only 9 participants per Lunch & Learn.

Confirmation of Registration

If you select to pay by cheque, please send your Canadian dollar cheque to the address below. You need to indicate your full name and registration number on the back of the cheque. If cheque payment is not received pre-conference, a credit card guarantee will be required onsite.

Wire transfers, bank drafts and money orders are not accepted.

Refunds (less a 25% administration fee), will be granted to delegates unable to attend provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by October 25, 2018. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Course. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 25, 2018.

Registration Fees are listed in Canadian dollars and include the following: Coffee Breaks, Lunches, access to Session Rooms, access to Exhibit Hall, and online Course materials.

Presentations will be made available online.

Letters of confirmation will be automatically sent to you upon successful submission of registration.
